What does it cost?
The print is $119 and the framed print is $199, both 18×24 inches. US shipping is included in both prices. Sales tax, where your state charges it, is added at checkout.
How big is it?
18×24 inches (46×61 cm) – a little over twice as wide and twice as tall as a letter-size sheet of paper. Print and framed are the same size.
What is the frame made of?
Black wood with a 12×22 mm profile, plexiglass in front and hanging hardware on the back, so it arrives ready to hang. The print inside is 250 gsm archival matte paper, the same as the unframed print.
When will it arrive?
Within 12 business days of your order – the product page shows the exact date before you buy, counted from the day you order. Every print is made after you order, at a print facility in the United States, and US shipping is included.
Do I pay before I see my route?
No. Upload your run first and see a watermarked preview of your own blueprint in any finish we sell. Checkout stays locked until that preview succeeds.
What if my share card doesn't read?
You'll see it straight away, before you pay anything. Upload the card at the size your phone saved it – a photo of your screen, or a copy a chat app has shrunk, loses the digits. A .gpx export of the same run always works.
What happens to my file?
We use it only to build your print. If you preview and don't order, both are deleted after 24 hours. If you order, the file is deleted once your print file is made – at the latest 30 days after upload. Details: Privacy Policy.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives damaged?
For 24 hours after you order you can ask for a change or cancel for a full refund, for any reason – nothing prints before then. After that the print is made for you and can't be resold, so change-of-mind refunds end. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo: we reprint it or refund you, and you don't send it back.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. You'll need their run: the Strava share card or a .gpx export. Choose Gift, upload it and check the preview. No run yet? Leave your email for a link to finish later. Enter their address at checkout to ship straight to them.
