1. Who we are

Traceform is a brand operated by AREION QUANTUM, s.r.o., a company incorporated in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "AREION"). AREION is the seller you contract with when you place an order.

  • Our print/fulfilment partner (Gelato) produces and ships your order as our supplier. It is not the merchant of record and has no direct contract with you; your contract is with AREION.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

2. Products — personalized, made to order

All prints are personalized artworks generated from the activity data you provide — either a GPX file, or a photo of an activity summary card, from which we trace your route shape and read the distance, moving time, and pace — and produced to order. You see a watermarked preview before you pay and approve a proof before we print. Approving your proof is a binding, explicit step that starts production and cannot be reversed. Minor colour and material variation inherent to printing is normal and is not a defect.

3. Your uploaded data and content

  • You confirm the file or photo you upload is your own recorded activity, or data you are entitled to use.
  • You grant us a licence to process, reproduce, technically adapt, host, and sublicense your upload to our fulfilment and hosting providers, solely to generate your preview, produce and ship your print, and keep an order record. We do not sell your activity data. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Your finished artwork depicts your own data (route shape, elevation profile, distance, time, average pace). We do not reproduce third-party logos, event branding, medals, or map imagery. If you upload a screenshot that shows an app's branding or another person's name, we do not print it — but it does reach us with the image, which our Privacy Policy explains.

4. Intellectual property

The store design, templates, and generated artwork styling are our intellectual property. You receive the personalized print for personal use. You may not resell our template or styling as your own product.

5. Pricing, payment, and order acceptance

  • Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Applicable US sales tax is added at checkout where required; it is not included in the listed price.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example on suspected fraud, an out-of-scope address, or an obvious pricing error — and will refund any amount taken.

6. Truthful marketing

We describe our product honestly and make no performance, medical, or health claims. Your print is a personalized artwork.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order. Our store is not directed to children.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, for any single order our responsibility is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes anything that, by law, cannot be excluded — including fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, product-safety obligations, and any non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and your statutory rights

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not remove mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live, including non-waivable rights under US state law. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms, and you keep every route to a court that the law where you live gives you.

10. Changes, severability, notices

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We contact you at the email you provide at checkout.
