Limited Warranty

This is a Limited Warranty. It is not a full warranty as that term is defined by the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, because it lasts for a set period rather than indefinitely. Read it before you buy — it is linked from every product page and from the footer of this store, and if you ask us for a copy at support@gettraceform.com, we will send you one.

Who gives this warranty, and who it covers

AREION QUANTUM, s.r.o., a company incorporated in the Czech Republic, operating the Traceform brand, gives this warranty.

This warranty is given to the person who bought the item from this store. Because every piece is produced from your own activity file and personalized to you, the warranty does not transfer to anyone you give or sell the item to.

What is covered

Every Traceform piece is printed to order from the full-resolution proof you approved. We warrant that the item you receive:

• arrives undamaged,
• is free from defects in materials and printing workmanship, and
• matches the proof you approved — the route, the statistics, the caption, the colourway, the size, and the framing option.

This covers the item as delivered to you.

What is not covered

• Minor colour and material variation inherent to printing on paper. Screens are backlit and paper is not; small shifts in tone, and the natural grain and slight variation of the paper stock, are normal and are not defects. A material difference from your approved proof is covered.
• Errors that were in the proof you approved. Spelling, the wrong activity file, the wrong city or date, or a layout you later dislike are not defects — the proof step exists so you can catch them. If we made the error and it was not visible in the proof, it is covered.
• Damage after delivery: handling, hanging, sunlight fading over time, moisture, or framing done by someone else.
• Items bought anywhere other than this store.

Fading, yellowing, and long-term durability are not covered by this warranty. Nothing here takes away rights you have under state law, which may cover more than we do.

How long it lasts

14 days from the day your order is delivered, as recorded by the carrier. Delivery is when the term starts — not the order date, and not the proof-approval date.

What we will do

If you make a valid claim within those 14 days, we will do one of the following. You tell us which you would prefer, and we follow your preference unless the item is one we cannot reprint, in which case we refund you:

• Reprint and reship the item free of charge, or
• Refund what you paid for it in full, to your original payment method.

We pay for everything either remedy costs: reprinting, materials, framing, and shipping the replacement to you. You are not charged anything, and you do not have to send the damaged item back to us. There is no restocking fee and no shipping charge to you.

If a reprint arrives with the same problem, we refund you in full rather than print a third time.

How to make a claim — step by step

1. Within 14 days of delivery, email support@gettraceform.com, or use the contact form on this store.
2. Include your order number and a photograph showing the problem. For damage, a photo of the packaging helps but is not required.
3. Tell us whether you would prefer a reprint or a refund.
4. We reply within 1–2 business days. We do not ask you to ship anything back.

The photograph lets us settle the claim quickly and file it with our print partner. It is a request, not a condition: if you cannot photograph the problem, tell us and we will work it out with you.

Informal dispute settlement

We do not operate, and are not a member of, any informal dispute settlement mechanism. You do not have to try one before going to court.

Your implied warranty rights are not shortened

We do not limit the duration of any implied warranty. If the law where you live gives you an implied warranty — such as a warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose — this warranty does not shorten it, disclaim it, or replace it. It runs for as long as that law says it runs.

Limits on other kinds of loss

Except where the law does not allow it, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the reprint or the refund described above, and for any single order it is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential losses.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Nothing in this warranty excludes anything that by law cannot be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, and death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
