What we collect

• Order & contact data: name, email, shipping address, payment status (payment handled by our processors — we don't store card numbers).
• Uploaded activity files: the GPX / FIT / TCX file (or race details) you provide, used to generate your print.
• Usage data: basic analytics and advertising identifiers (see Cookies).

Why we use it

• To generate and produce your personalized print, and to fulfil and support your order.
• To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing.
• To measure and improve our ads and site (analytics, Meta Pixel / Conversions API).

Your uploaded activity data

Your fitness file is processed only to create your artwork and keep an order record. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete your uploaded file after your order is fulfilled.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us operate: our print/fulfilment partner (to produce and ship), payment processors, email/analytics tools, and advertising platforms (Meta) for measurement. Each acts under contract.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (UK/EU GDPR; California and other US state laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted ads. Email [privacy@brand].
