1. Who we are

2. Products — personalized, made-to-order
All prints are personalized artworks generated from data you provide (e.g. a GPX/FIT/TCX file, or race details) and produced to order. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how personalization affects cancellations and how we handle defects.
3. Your uploaded data & content
- You confirm you have the right to use any file or data you upload, and that it's your own recorded activity or data you're entitled to use.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your file solely to generate and produce your print, and to keep an order record. We do not sell your activity data. (See Privacy Policy.)
- Your finished artwork depicts your own data (route shape, distance, city, time, splits). We do not reproduce third-party logos, event branding, medals, or map imagery.
4. Intellectual property
The store design, templates, and generated artwork styling are our intellectual property. You receive the personalized print for personal use. You may not resell our template or styling as your own product.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and supported wallets.
6. Truthful marketing
We describe our product honestly and make no performance, medical, or health claims. Your print is a personalized artwork.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability, for any single order, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
